Cookie policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies may be used when you visit contabil-ploiesti.ro, when they load and how you can control them, under Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember information between visits or pages. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), are treated the same way for consent purposes.
2. What we use on this site
Strictly necessary (no consent needed)
- valvio-contexpert-business_cookie_consent (localStorage), kept for 6 months or until our cookie options change: remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask on every page.
We use no traffic analytics, no marketing pixels and no fonts loaded from third-party servers.
Optional (only with your consent): Google Maps
The home page shows a Google Maps map, provided by Google Ireland Limited (and Google LLC). The map loads only after you choose "Accept all cookies", switch on "External content: Google Maps" in the settings, or press "Accept and load the map". Your browser then connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies on the google.com domain, for example:
- NID (about 6 months): stores preferences and data Google uses for security and, under Google’s policy, for advertising;
- AEC (about 6 months): prevents abuse and fraud;
- SOCS (about 13 months): stores your Google cookie choices;
- __Secure-ENID (about 13 months): stores preferences and supports security.

3. Legal basis
Storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work does not require consent. Optional cookies are used only with your prior consent, under Art. 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 and the GDPR. Until you choose, nothing loads from Google.

If you withdraw consent, the map is removed from the page immediately. Cookies Google has already set belong to the google.com domain, so we cannot delete them ourselves; you can delete or block them in your browser settings:
